As we generally spend a third of our time asleep, it's normal for them to be found mainly in beds, mattresses and bed frames. Complete elimination of a bedbug infestation requires three treatments spaced about 15 days apart. A treatment lasts about an hour, or even longer depending on the surfaces to be treated.

Yes, and in the case of chemical sprays, you won't be able to return for 4 hours.

The products used are dangerous when sprayed. Once dry, they are no longer dangerous. Steam, heat or cryogenic treatments are not dangerous either.

Yes, this type of contract can be useful if you operate a hotel, airbnb, hostel or during an inventory of fixtures.

There are no additional charges for urgent interventions, unless you specifically request a time that is already covered by another customer appointment.

Yes, we always give you a free estimate before any work is done. We don't start treatment until you accept our quote. A free estimate doesn't mean we'll come and inspect your whole house because you have a bite or think you've spotted a bedbug. This is considered an inspection in its own right. If, in our opinion, a visit is necessary to draw up a quotation, this visit is free of charge.

We're open 24/7. This means that we answer the phone or e-mail at any time, and can arrange an appointment with you at any time (overnight, weekend, etc.). This doesn't necessarily mean that we're immediately available, as we have other customers and a schedule to keep.
